The workshop is designed to explore self-care, set boundaries, and seek space for a more balanced life for women. Attendees can gain insights and new tools to build resilience and sustain supportive boundaries to achieve balance in life.
Saturday, May 13th, a workshop titled "Move Over Imposter Syndrome! Designing Confidence by Quieting the Inner Critic" takes place at 8:30 pm. The workshop focuses on recognizing imposter syndrome in oneself and others, reducing shame, and learning quick and powerful hacks to stop it in its tracks. Attendees will be able to design and choose confidence in the workplace and in life.
